Extreme nearsighted conditions require kind, encouraging, and persistent use of Bates Method and other techniques. This small class setting will include EFT, guided visualizations, and more, to address both the habits of visual strain and dissolving "stored" emotional memories that contributed to becoming nearsighted. This is not a therapy group, but rather a coaching setting to help each person find ways to improve their own eyesight.
This is a first-time class at a very low fee, and in return I ask that participants be willing to spend at least 45-60 minutes per day practicing techniques we will learn in the class. It will be worthwhile on many levels, mental and physical! (This can include listening to a provided guided visualization CD or mp3 while going to sleep.)
Extreme nearsightedness requires persistence over time. If some or all participants want to continue this support system, we can come up with some way to continue.
To be in this class, you should have at least 3 to 4 diopters of correction, or have 20/200 or poorer vision without glasses. Most likely you will have first gotten glasses in grade school or junior high school.
