- Encouragement. Greg is as encouraging on the phone as he is on the CD's. Converse at an unhurried pace, yet with ample time to cover your questions.
- Suggestions to fit your lifestyle. If you have lots of time for palming and sunning, great, we'll work from there. But if you have a hectic life we'll examine ways to de-stress AND improve your sight.
- Other resources. Depending on your eyesight conditions and your beliefs, Greg can point you to new resources and help you creatively apply the ones you already have to your eyesight.
- Eye doctor & prescription help. Although Greg's input is non-medical, he can explain strategies that have helped others work with their eye doctors to get reduced prescriptions that ease strain and accelerate improvement.
